2: Win 7, but tried compatibility mode in XS s3
3: Yes, tried 4 and 4.5
4: Yes, it just stopped working randomly after a game we played

first, wrong forum section, we have tech support for this
(if you can't post there, start reading the huge red banner at the top of it)

some questions:
1. did you try to redownload and reinstall with the new file? (the install might have been corrupted)
2. which OS do you use? (win 7, 8, 8.1, ...), afaik the voice thingy can cause problems with 8/8.1, disable it when launching the first time
3. do you have a version of .Net Framework installed? many programs need this
4. could you log in at least once, or not at all?
