I think this is a bug in the script.

As mentioned here
viewtopic.php?f=45&t=5169#p53929
the restrictions should apply not only to the player but to all coop players as well. But the iteration loop is not included in the current script

But he could only build strats from t3 airfac. In mission one and three non host players were able to build anything without restrictions.

The replay is only 8 minutes long. Its worth it to watch to the end.
I will stop bitching about it once blackheart can beat it. Then I will take it as a challenge.
