Come back to life!!
Lets see, which year did TA come out? 1997? A relative of mine was a alpha/beta tester, using the 'Mplayer' client to get paid playing upcoming games. They essentially played Starcraft and TA side by side, and TA won out because of the overall mechanics and awesomeness. So, the first time I played TA I was probably four years old.
Then my whole family pretty much were squealing fan-girls when Supreme Commander was first publicly announced. We loaded that up on our machines the first day we could grab it off the shelf ( And they were the LAST ones on the shelf ). Lets see... I was... I believe I was 14 years old! A total Noob!
On an embarrassing note, no one in my family knew about the queuing or orders using the 'Shift' key in TA until I connected the dots that TA was created by the same person the made Supcom and tested it out AFTER Supcom's release.
HurrDurr.

Wow! How could you even play TA without knowning that!? On another note, how cool that your whole family was raised on TA
Also it's surprising how young some people were when SupCom came out, some of you that were 12 in 2007 would have been too young to have even heard of TA I practically got into SupCom because it was said to be TA's "spiritual successor". I did come in expecting something more similar to TA, but I ended up liking SupCom in it's own right.Statistics: Posted by Flynn — 20 Dec 2013, 10:23
