I don't know that it's temporary. I've been getting it since I started (early this year). Periodic yes, I only get it on some updates.
I find not clicking ok lets the download continue, try that.

You can download it manually (link on the website).
It should support resuming if it "crash".

It's not hosted by the FAF server but the FTP of my internet provider, they may have some problems.
It's probably temporary.

this last update dont full download to me, any one got this problem too.
even download the looby on faf page downloads take 1 hour to 30 mb,and crash after 20%
