It's never worth it anymore for land factories, especially when you take into account the roll off times, but it's very much worth it when you have 4 t3 air factories (you can save a lot of mass when producing Restorers, and T3 bombers), and they don't have roll off times. You can save 15 mass like this when a t3 mex + storages give you +9. That's the best set up.

not sure about percy/brick with the BT increase. It was worth it before.

And what do you mean with now, it was useless all time, and engymod didn't really intend to fix any adjancency things, the changes were only needed to not make it OP.

The time are correct in the blueprint.
Fact is that the reclaim time of individual trees is low (5 for one build power, so 1 second for an T1 engy). But it's 5 for a group of tree.

It may be more a feeling than a fact.
