I think this just got patched out but yes you're right and the decievers could also assist when building structures too.

You might be interested in knowing the Mantis still does both. In early game when its acu vs acu instead of wasting them hitting the enemy acu have them repair yours instead.

Monkeylord, Mermaid and t3 sonar stealth ring work well. For t3 sonar, it's special though, because there are 2 stealth fields : sonar (90) and radar (45). The radar stealth ring is not displayed because only the furthest range is displayed. I will try to add a new ring, not sure it will be easy (though to be honest, it would be easier and more user friendly to have a smaller but common radius, like 60 or 70 for both sonar and radar).
