These are my templates:
T1
1. T1 PD + Wall sections (I use 4 wall segments instead of 8, because I find the corner blocks don't give much of an added benefit.)
2. T1 AA + Wall sections (The blocks obscure the strategic icon. Which means this might be confused for a PD. I've caught many bombers with this trick)
3. T1 Mex + 4 M.Storage (Pretty standard. The T1 mex centers the template and allows auto snap to work. It is T1 so that any engineer can build it)
4. 8 T1 Pgen + 2 E.Storage (Factory surrounding configuration. The E.Storage is built at the appropriate point in the BO, after the 3rd Pgen)
5. T1 LF + T1 Radar + 3 T1 Pgen + 2 T1 PD + 1 T1 AA + Wall sections (This is my T1 Outpost, it is very handy on maps like Emerald Crater, I use this all the time )
T2
6. 4 T2 Pgen + 1 T2 Shield + 4 E.Storage (Typical cross configuation for shield adjacency. 2 Pgens are built first to prevent power stall. The E.Storage have double adjacency, which gives a decent power boost)
7. T2 Shield + 8 T2 PD + 4 T2 AA + 2 TMD + 1 T1 Radar (This is a standard T2 defense template. It has alternating contruction of PD and AA; but I have considered cutting back on the PD. I hardly use this in ranked games)
T3
9. T2 Shield + 2 T3 SAM + T2 PD + T1 Radar (This is my SAM Site template, I like to spread them out, as an extended base perimeter)
10. 3 T3 Pgen + Quantum Gate + Quantum Optics Facility (Aeon) + 8 E.Storage + T3 Mass Fab + SMD + T2 PD + T3 SAM + 2 T3 Shield + T2 Shield (This is my "Build Everything" T3 Base Template. As soon as I get T3. I whack this baby down, and it covers everything I need for T3. This template is a real time saver )
I'll post a replay when I can.Statistics: Posted by Hawkei — 02 Jul 2013, 08:04
