Why never patrol with interceptors?

They do tend to run out of fuel if you are in the habit of patrolling them and forget about them.

The issue I am addressing is not whether the host doesn't understand the concept of an "all welcome" game. I am responding to how DilliDalli said he would never kick anyone who was unbalancing a game, he would merely politely explain to them that they should leave - as if there's a difference. If the other players in the game don't have a problem with the unbalancing player participating then the host need never become involved. If the other players won't start until the unbalancing player leaves, then, aside from kicking the other players, the host is already only marginally involved in whether the person leaves or not. To claim that it is "ultimately be their decision whether or not they wanted to play" may be a comfort to a host who doesn't like to kick people, but it will never be true.

I have hosted several "all welcome" games where I have a number of players who refuse to start until an unbalancing player is replaced. The only kind of player who wouldn't leave in that situation is one who is very selfish anyway, so in the end, the only difference between the host kicking them and the other players pressuring them to leave the game is how many people demonstrably do not understand the concept of "all welcome."

Perhaps for you. This is a fairly common experience for me.

Kick the ones that fail to understand the concept of "All Welcome" then or stop betraying players by using that title for your games. Show some fucking manners, those who sacrifice morals for convenience or "the greater good" are the ones truly selfish.

Edit:
Oh btw, I just played a game that was theoretically balance 9% (in my teams favour) and we lost. I remember games that where equally "bad" balanced which I won.

So stop assuming a game that doesn't reach 99% balance is automatically wasted times or that a player of 1900 or 900 makes the game IMBA when it isn't the case. Especially on maps like Seton's you can often easily balance a game by using the difference of the map positions.
