Bricks and Percies rape harbies on any map with choke points. The only thing the harbie has is the best speed for the amount of damage it can deal. This makes it the best T3 for spread out maps, and there you got to use gunships against them.
Comparison to bricks: 1200 vs 840 mass, same damage, more health for brick and the brick will get a lot more shots at long distance, especially using stealth. Bricks are also much better against acu's where they can use their superior range to stay out of OC range.

harbingers are not that great against other t3 but genius for killing t2 bases, t2, t1 and commanders (if the com does not have enough range or much energy + overcharge)
but in an aeon vs UEF or Cybran the Aeon will get problems after his first few harbingers because the UEF/Cybran can build armored bots that are superior to harbingers.
So the harbingers are definetly not op. Just a mix between percy/titan or brick/loyalist

Bricks > Harbs @ T3(Range)
Harbs > Bricks @ T2 & T1 (Speed and ROF, plus shielding by design is better against lots of small damage than a few large blasts)

That could be a rather close one. Harb kills a unit every 0.8 seconds.
Othum kills 1 unit every 4 seconds with the maincannon and a unit every two second per side gun = 2 seconds, 2 kills.. Can kill 2 auroras every second, cause of lower HP.

in the end of the days, Othum wins against Harbs if head on, Harbs win when kited for atleast 3 seconds.

Othums totally vaporize T1 army's.

Harbingers do exactly the same, if not better.

Othums have more firepower than Harbingers ( 450 vs Harbs 375 ) more HP ( 6700 vs Harbs 5900 ) , but are slower by 0.5 and have 3 less range. if you dont kite, Othum wins with 700 HP left against Harb. + Othums totally vaporize T1 army's.

That they hit the ground i have barely ever seen, those are some BIG tanks. Basically you get Two Titans + 1 Obsidian in that thing, for the price of even less than two Titans.

Seraphim t3 tank can't compete with any of the other factions t3 tanks unless you mix with t3 shields and t3 arty. Someone might argue this with me, as I don't use them much, but the reason I don't use them is that they have never been much use to me.

One of the biggest drawbacks is that the sera tank sits so low to the ground that any irregularities in the terrain blocks fire so the tank can't even hit anything.

As he dullest t3 unit which has huge difficulties with pathfinding and killing other t3 units.

Depends on micro, correctly microed Bricks/Percivals > Harbs.
I see it that way:
Harbs <> Bricks
Harbs <> Percivals

And Loyalists are only slightly inferior to Harbs (but faster, cheaper, fancy tml redirection + emp).
Harbs don't have the speed of Loyalists or the range/hp of Percivals/Bricks and they are not amphibian.
