Energy wise and build power wise Restorers are now as good as ASF, that is a new thing. Again I don't say it is game breaking (at least in the games I played it wasn't), but it sure does make a difference.

Speed and ground DPS is the same, as the real problem with restorer was the air to ground and speed.

But I still want to know why on earth the ASF are supposed to lose twice as fast as before.
