I don't get that.

People with a "dark" rating (new players) won't affect older players rating whatever the outcome is.

Yeah i expirienced the smurf paranoia aswell.

We are a group of real life friends one of us has a house where we meet sometimes. He has 3 decent pcs and when we meet we play some games now and then.
we have been a regular group of players some years back (Bullwey, Sun_Tsu; Blackwater, laPPen) the older players might remember some of the names.
When Blackwater and Sun tried to join a game they explained the Host that "The_Trigg" (its the account name of my friends 2nd pc- about 6 games and 700 rating)
is an old gpg-guy playing.
Casimus the Host was totally hysteric about a possible smurf and kept kicking sun from the game. It didnt help that we told him check playertrack... yeah he was a very good player- but didnt play for 3-4 years.
Whatever what i want to say is that its not only smurfs that piss ppl of about that game - the smurf paranoia is not a bit better. Sun was pissed about that expirience aswell
and might not play faf again because of this whiner.

Accusations of smurfing seem to be on the increase from a vocal minority of bad losers. Really pisses me off, I wish they could be told that it's not true but some people want any excuse for getting beaten.

A new player level should not be taken in account, that's why his score is "dark" in the lobby.
980 after 2 games is extremely good.

That's also why smurfing with trueskill is useless : he will get a good rating very fast (after 6-7 games)

Back player has better score, no surprise. His eco doesn't seem to be much better and 20 minutes in and neither side island taken. Not a pro.

Ive decided to reinstal Supcom last week and afther few AI games i started diging araund for mods and i was suprised with what i found I am positivley suprised to see this game having a strong comunity few years afther the release and your FAF launcher is working so smoothly. Great work for something done by few people in their free time.
Afther getting steamrolled on 1v1 matches this is how my first 3v3 looked like:

Ive sent light bots hit squads and a gheto dropships early and contained yellow to his base whille green rushed purple and with some dropship help we took down his commander Baboon went berserk and gave me a few good laughs "yeah hes pro, hes doing dropships" .
I then proceeded to try and upgrade commanders gun whille being next to those factories in mid field and a tank group from yellow went in and sniped him whille i strugled to figure out how to cancel the upgrade and move him
