Immobilizes enemy units. Affecting allied units is a bug without any justification.

And 4 Aeon ACU with shield and range upgrade indeed are kinda unstoppable...

Hmm, I'm not totally sure, but does ground fire trigger chrono when ACU is underwater?

ACU TML backpack works underwater, shield and ACU engie suite works underater. Chrono should too.
