The lobby already does this. It announces when a player joins a game.

I often host custom games and folks sometimes have to wait for a while before they fill up. Sometimes people get distracted as they wait. It would be pretty usefull to be able to send a sound to get their attention when the game is full and ready to start. Is there a way to allow the host to send a beep to all the players? Or "let's get ready to rumble" or some such?
