Hello, so essentially:

The issues with these maps are the same across the whole list:

1: The maps are supposed to belong else. Astro belongs to BRS_Astro, Dual gap variants belong to a group of people at this point, and Isis "belongs" to the MnM team. You're not supposed to just take the work of another author without proof that you're allowed to do so.

2: As a gatekeeping function, maps require three (or more) texture layers painted into the map with a certain level of detail. And the maps I can see in the vault do not meet this criteria.

If Morax has hidden something by request (and no other reason) I/he can unhide it, but I'll need to check with him because i'm just filling in while Morax has real life concerns.
Else, considering you're attempting to upload another map that will still run into the above issues, I don't see any reason to request the removal of the ban right now.

Vault bans do not typically go for a set timeframe (meaning, they're all permanent) so unless you're a special exception (and you're not) we're allowing bans to be lifted if you can show you can create content that doesnt flag these rules.

In short: Make a map that is not a copy of an existing map, and has a certain level of texture detail. Doesnt need to be too complex.
We can take this as proof that you "understand" the rules and can lift the ban.
Let us know in the maps and mods discord (link above) when you're done, there are a couple of Russian native speakers you can talk to if you need help translating.

Doing this on morax' behalf so if someone could pin this/move it to the announcements page that would be great.

The Maps and Mods team is changing the method we use to regulate content in the vault.
This post is made to explain to users how to appeal, and also to place what you need to see in a more visible location.

First: You can see the reason for your content being hidden in the administration log.
The rules are here if you need further clarification.

Second: If you feel the judgement is injust, you can appeal in the #appeals channel in the Maps and Mods Discord, or you can choose to write a post to appeal the action here.

You may also request your content be hidden in these places as well.

Just some rules though:
While you can weigh in on appeals in either method, we ask that you only appeal actions made to yourself.
You can also appeal being banned here, but leave the discussion on the rules themselves to the relevant thread.

We're also going to delegate responsibility of each action to the team as a whole rather than an individual user. This means that the person handling your appeal might not be the same person who performed the action. Please feel free to ask for a second opinion if you still feel the action was unjust.
