this definitely sounds like a regression. move was definitely not permitted before. I remember the stop button being the only way to cancel a TP, definitely not a move command. basically a TP behaved like an upgrade.

obviously noone would want to missclick-waste a TP-amount of energy, especially if they're not aware this change was made. and especially in a time-critical snipe/escape situation

For an action that takes 15 seconds to complete, wouldn't it be logical to immobilize the CMDR and make them unresponsive to move inputs, unless the teleport is cancelled first by issuing an escape command?
