This will make nukes fit in properly with the general amount of damage things do in the game.

So we can have a situation where random tank projectiles do not eliminate a nuke, but a GC beam or Mavor shot will eliminate a nuke, just like an SMD.

When a nuke hits an ASF it explodes, this is completely different.

there is already a pr done for the asf blocking, which has still not been merged.
nothing been done yet in order to prevent random shoot from killing nukes.
