Hello,

to be fair that ban came kind of unexpected and I would like to get some more information on the most recent ban and its duration.

Yes I called people niggers repeatedly, as many people are doing, thereby expressing my contempt with their reasoning or actions, always thinking that those people know me anyway and that I dont really "mean" it.

So what makes this occasion of flaming so special that it warrants such a long term ban? 2 months is enough to make anyone lose interest in any game.

I want to cite a few things here.

Clearly, if people are still reporting you, they obviously care about what you're saying. I know for a fact people asked you not to in both games and lobbies.

Now,

You were first banned for various insults and racism over three years ago. In the time in between, you have repeated this, decided to evade bans, decided to create a legion of smurfs that already almost got you permabanned, and you were told that at the time.

What do I conclude from this?
You aren't stopping. You don't want to stop. You don't care to stop.

So take this as a real big warning here: This isn't tolerated on FAF. Learn from this experience and you'll be fine.

You and I know exactly what the situation is:

1. FTXCommando wants to stay PC
2. The council wants FTX to stay PC
3. The council wants bennis specifically NOT to be PC, because he has a history of being an unreliable (psycho) troll

so those are the interests here.

The results of those interests are the following:

a) democracy is waived, the decision of the council to be group of people representing the will of the community instead of some incest of people who think they own the game is undermined.
b) some laughable cases of flame / racism are collected to ban me unreasonably long for things everybody does in faf
c) an unwritten rule is enforced, i.e. I am SILENTLY and SECRETLY removed from the vote. Clearly because too many people were voting for me until the point I was removed from the vote. No announcement was made as in the case of FTX who wasnt allowed to be PC for PRECISELY the reasons I am not allowed right now. i.e. it was assumed that my (or his attitude) arnt fitting to be a council member. ie. lose tongue
d) I have been asked directly prior to the election by was it PhilippFry or someone else if my application for PC was still valid. I was then directly after added into the voting system. Up until 2 weeks ago I was fine. Then something has happend that warrants a 2 month ban.

I demand that you tell me what this something is.

Oh wait! There is not such a thing. You just needed a quick fix for the situation outlined above. damn. The kaiser isnt wearing any clothes!

Now, I could elaborate more. But I guess we all know what is going on. A total rotten morale and a complete display of the councils willingness to be opportune and two facedness.

I am aware that there are many ways to approaching this situation now. I could make a lenghty forum post, I could just forward this message to everyone I know and do some drama and propaganda, that you all love so much and know that I can do very well.

But I am not going to force myself into a group of people who dont like me. I am not a masochist.

Sometimes you guys manage affairs in a way that leaves people baffled sometimes. And people hoped that I would bring some reason into this, thats exactly why they would vote for me.

We are a gaming community, some things need to be handled like adults, i.e. funds, software and hardware infrastructure, balance, you name it. but some things need to managed like a kindergarten, i.e. chats. In a kindergarten you dont ban, you dont hate, you show patience and never give up believing in someones potential. The feather ban is just one of the most prominent examples of that. If some adults chose to play in the sandbox then they shouldnt expect everyone to behave like them. Thats like going to a bar and reading a book and asking everyone to be silent.

Much like you have antagonised many valuable members of the community, I am finally done.
I will not appeal in a laughable situation like the one you created here. Just to reiterate to the people who might not be aware:

The reason why I have become a meme is Foley. He used to flame everyone who dared to enter his lobby and not play good enough. I was ambitious, I wanted to grow and learn. When he said "you are absurd shit" I talked back: What do you mean? What do you want me to do. Tell me what I should do better, not just flame me. He said "I am not your teacher, ask heaven". After that, whenever he flamed me, I just flamed back. He didnt like that. he "banned" me from "his lobby" out of spite. There was only one setons lobby 1200+ at the time, it was his. I though this was unfair, to be excluded basically because I didnt respect his eternal setons grandmeyster status and took his shit and wasnt allowed to play the game I care so much about for that reason and rejoined his lobby to express that.

I was banned for that. I still thought its unfair and made smurfes like "foley is stupid" and rejoined the lobby to express how rediculous it is. Well, surely this wasnt the right thing to do, but you maybe get now where it comes from.

Now thats how I became a threat to the community. This is how I was almost permabanned. This is exactly the story.

After that I was on the mods watch list and became a general pariah. There is really not more to it.

Yes there was some verbal outleashes, I might have called someone a retard or even a nigger in a particularily hard case of rage that usually is based in some unfair accusation. But definitely not since you asked me if my vote is still valid. so your argumentation is invalid.

Also, I am a human being. If you talk to me like one, I can react like one. Remember when tiptushi complained about me rejoining his lobby? You sent me a pm and I left him in peace after. No need to ban.

Now, I have spent too much energy on this already. I had plans like creatings a setons related discord channel, make youtube videos about BOs, Timings, Objectives, WIn conditions heaven style, but I dont feel investing my time into this community when all I get for creating content like casting the setons tourney or streaming literally 500 hours + is that I get banned mostly for the reasons outlined in Point 1), 2) adn 3) with implication a),b) and c).

Therefore I am finally done.

Please don't act as you are the victim here. The ban has nothing to do with the council voting. This happend because of your behavior. You can't follow our rules for years. Other communities would have perma banned you way sooner. We aren't killing the game with your ban, we are saving it. People are reporting you and if we won't do anything it is possible that they leave FAF as they don't want to play a game were it's allowed to insult other users.

Be happy that Gorton is so kind to give you a last chance.

I was given these screenshots by a party and then gave the screenshots to the rest of the Council. None of us actively looked for a reason to remove you from the election, and in other circumstances I would have simply told the person that pm’d me to fill out a report form. As you are also running for an election, I gave the screenshots to the Council to determine if you should still be considered a candidate.

To be frank, there was really no reason to warrant keeping you in the election. You haven’t exhibited any change in behavior as this isn’t even the first time you’ve called people, or the community in general, a bunch of ‘niggers.’ If you can’t maintain your cool for just one month while elections are going on, how can you be expected to represent the community interests to the rest of FAF while also representing the rest of FAF to the community?

A major reason by removal was controversial was due to the fact I had given an application with several thorough ideas on how I planned to move FAF forward as PC. My removal had taken many of those plans out of consideration. Your application was not only unoriginal but totally lacking of any effort. If you had exhibited the care you are now showing, there could have actually been a discussion on keeping you as a candidate. Unfortunately you did not do that, however, you can try again next year.

You’re more than welcome to tell anyone about the decision or make a forum post about it.

You played me. Well played son. Using ONE game when I was clearly completely raging after a game of 20mins of EXTREME pressure with 7 other people who know me perfectly where I felt comfortable to just let go is just pathetic. Francias and I have a competition, this was the 1/15 chance that we face each other on one lane and I really wanted to win. I struggled and played my best and recovered and nexus just control Kd when all was fine. This is why I was mad and everybody who knows the slighest about faf understands.

Imagine, you spend literally hundreds of hours with a bunch of people and everybody knows each other and I have my moment. You take it out of context and use it as a smear to keep your office.

What a picture does it draw of you? Yes you are right.

You are a little snitch, a snake, not the FTXCommando that people used to like - and why you were elected into office in your first term. You lost your personality. What they tell you means "maturing" I tell means "bowing".

Good job! You will make it far.
