You can reclaim building that is being repaired by the other player so eg. If enemy is building something and he stops and you start to reclaim it before your oponents starts to repair/build it again.

Atleast that's how I think it works, might be wrong

Strange, didn't know. I just naturally assumed you could, I think I even recall seeing this happen in a Gylecast, where someone was building torps with ACU, and the other reclaiming them at the same time.

Yeah but why tho? You can reclaim stuff that you yourself are building so why not enemy stuff too? Or just engine things?
