Also I'm playing differently if my opponent is a top 10 player. I know e.g. that I can't win against ZLO on a water map. His macro is just better as mine. So I'm trying a sneaky strategy some time, like going for a snipe or a t2 ACU base drop. I wouldn't do this against a top 100 player as my chances of winning are higher.

My best maps as everyone knows are 5x5 maps. I'm very good in spamming t1 units and pushing early. So I don't go for eco on this kind of maps but I know that my opponents know this. So they will also play differently. ^^

These are only some examples, I could find a lot more. I would be very interessted to hear what the other players are thinking when they see me as opponent. Like: "Oh no this stupid t1 spammer on a 5x5 km map. Why me? God hates me!" :D

Then cybran acu can stay underwater (can't be attacked by frigate) while walking, and fire torpedo; meanwhile sera can fire while walking there, and OC destro/frigs). You can also build T2 pd on the island to kill navy prod. But you need to hide the strat.

As for loki, i liked to get T2 upgrade on com and T2 air pretty fast, and to drop my com on the different expansion to gain them, and set up minimal defense.
In general i like to rush T2 land on loki, and use wagner. I know that zlo like to rush jester and lot of air in support on loki (2nd air...).

Going for the ACU with a group that's even a bit too small means you get to start all over again. It also means that I have probably let a lot of certain kills go.

I'm enjoying doing this a lot of Cobalt Valley, and I had on Escargoth's Ruins for the first time ever, thanks to this plan.

Roanoke strategy: not very original here, just spam frigates into random spots on the map, don't really go for destroyers until much later because mass frigates and t2 air can just crush t2 navy unless you get enough destroyers up in one spot.

Ambush pass: pretty hard to win both expansions so I just try to win one and deny one for my opponent as long as possible. ACU and 70% of tanks can generally secure one while a couple arty, tanks, and maybe even a bomber can slow down the opponent on the other. It's alright if I lose a couple units to the acu, as long as I keep it from building the expansion quickly and then walking up to my base.

not really anything worth stealing tbh, I'm still learning and practicing. Platinumizer I'm slowly working my way up the ladder, hope to see you soon in another 1v1.

-you expand normally
-build up t1 Land and transition kinda fast into t2
-go for 4-8 t2 mex, iwch depends a bit on how much pressur the opponent puts on
-build enough power for reasonable fast gun
-and should have a decently sized army by the time it finishes
-excess power now for t2 Air
-scout for enemy ACU
-push your ACU to the enemy one, either mid or one side
-still build units, as they can catch up with the ACU, and once they can't stop building them
-and put all ressources into gunships to finish th job

Advantages:
-punishes to much eco and if unscouted is almost impossible to defend
Drawbacks:
-puts you at an eco disadvantage
-can't be used to often on same opponent :)
-if scouted can be defended
-ACU is a bit vulnerable, but if you include some flak in your army composition that should be alright

Take all this with a grain of salt
constructive criticism is ecouraged
