These are usually available for pretty much any audio program and even music players (foobar). Check out the main frequencies of your voice (as picked up bye your mic) and then use equalizer to reduce those frequences in your music. That way you don't have to reduce music volume too much to make it easier to understand your voice.
Or just reduce music volume at some parts where your voice is too hard to understand. For example in the first link to Play of the Week your voice is very hard to understand at the end, especially for non-native speakers. This happens some of your other videos as well.

Also, your voice is probably missing some clarity and higher frequencies. Seems to be a mic issue, maybe it's picking up too much bass. Maybe try a different mic. Generally be very careful with low frequencies (bass). They can make your mix incredibly muddy and destroy clarity, for example if you have too much shit going on in those frequencies or if they aren't properly cut down/compressed.
If you give me a raw unedited voice sample i can have a look at it.
