This will do nothing unless you are running other heavy consuming CPU user programs at the same time (that will be a no sense when running supcom...).

So no effect if you are running supcom with usual windows services loaded. It will NEVER add CPU ressources.

This is because the complex and automatic windows internal Scheduler always balances CPU ressources. And it already runs at optimal settings. At the user has nearly no control on this.

However, if your potato can´t run Rohans at 0, then the Core I-3 CPU´s are really really really cheap.

I was doing it when i had 450 cpu score. It delivered me to 350

Then in-game i noticed how -2 instantly becomes 0 or -1 after this manipulation

Spooky coincidences?
