you can look them up in the mission script on github if you feel like "cheating"

At least I don't remember that when I played the campaign, though that was admittedly years ago). Going through the first few Aeon missions, I've seen that there's usually three hidden objectives, and I can't for the life of me figure out what to do to even start unlocking them. Is there a way to find hints for what to do? A file or guide I can look at?
I've played the second Aeon mission multiple times, and so far the only one I've figured out is
capturing the civilian city to the north on the island that you're meant to protect.
Aside from that, nothing I've done (capturing all civilian buildings instead of destroying them, using different units, etc.) seems to work. The same is true for all other missions. Worse in fact, since I can't even get 1/3 for those.
So, can someone help me figure out these hidden objectives?
