I personally think there's no call for worry at all. the present appointee is fine at his job and there's no "term" as far as I'm aware.

I'm a new member to this forum.

Brink is quite active on the faf scene, from what I can see on Youtube.
Heaven is quite active on the faf scene, from what I can see on Youtube.

Might I suggest, that there should be a some sort of introduction to this forum on the main page, for new members.
Yes, I know there is New players thread from Col Sheppard, but that's more about the game than how this forum operates.

I still don't have the courage to try and start any ladder matches. But that will come soon.

If Softly wants the position, then he's got my vote. Since I haven't really seen anyone else interested in it.
I did ask the first person I saw Active on this forum (someone called Mad'Mozart), for some advise about this forum as a newbie, but all I got was a blank, he must have been busy posting, maybe he might get back to me by xmas! lol

How would I know what the current situation is, I'm not even around? Just offering support having chatted to a few people the other day.

Also I am happy to spend the odd hour helping out if people have stuff in mind (I don't know how anyone would contact me, but if manage it I'll gladly help out).

That... Wasn't an attack mate. He's simply pointing out that there is a reason that a good PC and someone who are grossly addicted to the game are mutually exclusive conditions, and used your own brilliant contribution effort as an example you'd relate to.

The thing is they need to shift some time from playing the game to contributing to FAF. So once they start doing something they fell off your definition of grossly addicted.

We can use you as an example, so addicted you took several months to release your first map. Now imagine how much less time you'd have for playing if you were contributing in some different areas as well.

Too soon to judge. I'm not happy with the current state but ups and downs come and go.

Give him at least a full year and just report what you like (Tokyto did make a vote for ladder pool size, so that's due a "like") and dislike.

Toky is not a bad person... I've had a lot of good laughs with him so there is that.

I just realised it has been a while since we voted on who our PC should be, just wondering if people want another vote or not?

If so I am happy to provide some tech support to the voting app (unless someone wrote a replacement in which case we can use that instead).
