Don't lie about what happened. You literally told econoob he was being a smartass while all he did was suggest something 'that was easier to implement'. Yes i happened to dislike your attitude. Is that allowed?

I dare to disagree with one of the contributors. That means everything i said before is a lie.

I'm very grateful to people who help develop faf, also to speed2, but that doesn't mean you get to be a d*** to other people (bit exaggerated but didn't know how to say it otherwise)

For someone who goes out of his way to annoy other people you seem to have a fairly thin skin.

Wow i never thought of that, man you really opened my eyes. You must be a project manager irl!

No, but instead of being a smartass on the forums how easy something is, I actually implement things myself. :)
Spoiler: show
It must be a life changing discovery for you to find out that you were not the first one to have this idea

When full files are downloaded this wont help though. However, at least in the case of coop, you only need to download it once. maybe it could show a warning when you host/join a coop game for the first time.

Now the worst part is that you can't do anything while you're downloading. Is it possible to do anything about this? Or will it be to time intensive?

Well if you havent played any coop game since the last udpate, you were missing 1,1GB :D so 20min to get that is not so bad.

Yeah someone already told me. I did not know that.

I didn't have high hopes for this in the first place. :P I only experience it when i try to play coop which is almost never, but it's still one of those things which would be nice to have.

Usually it isn't a big problem, but it i agree that it would be great if the client could just not get stuck on some update.

But that probably would need some big changes that probably won't happen for a long time.
