this one can be fixed in-game by building something tech2/3 from the HQ unselecting it then selecting the support factories after a short while. FYI

1.) Still not getting points when I win ladder games.
2.) If you have a HQ and the HQ is destroyed, if a team mate gifts you an HQ, you still can not use your support factories.
3.) If you have order queued with ACU and ACU is interrupted to shoot something, the ACU will be stuck and will not finish the build queue.
