I predict this time next year it will be half or quarter the size unless drastic improvements happen in popularity. I am putting up with crap team games for awhile now and it won't last much longer.

So my point was if we can get the ppl who are involved in faf and not playing anymore reconsider the fact of playing, we would gain back some positive dynamic. And maybe stop loosing more player.

Because as i see it now, faf wont hold long with such a slow activity (and maybe i am wrong, but once again that's my feeling of regular player for the past 3 or 4 year)

Did you get my point this time?

No, I don't understand. You're worried that if devs don't play their passion will disappear and they will quit?

No as i said, this post wasnt about the dev only,( i think you really take it too much personnal), but about that a big part of "faf leading team" (moderator, developer top player ... dont play anymore). And if they are willing to put some effort in that as well, it will really help faf (this is my feeling).

Now you take that in consideration, you dont IDK. But stop with this non sense argumentation, because it really wasnt the goal of this topic.

I'm not taking any of this personally, I'm trying to understand your point. I want the community to be more involved, it's nice that you are trying to get the behind the scenes people to play more, I just don't understand the justification behind it for "improving" faf or increasing the longevity.

Because when someone who is upset about behavior in a game you can relate to it better rather use your imagination? It seems simple to me

I don't need to play this game specifically to understand that being griefed by a teamkiller, just to name something, is upsetting.

That's a grave, oversimplification of scenarios that can take place. Without actively playing the game and seeing egregious behavior trends beyond an obvious teamkill you are lacking true understanding. Only by playing the game can you relate to most of the ways people feel about it.

Not devs, just in general. It doesn't matter what you "are" but what we fear is that "players" will be gone soon.

"lobby sim" would not have been coined if players were plentiful, right?

Stop being so passive aggressive ;)

There isn't any agressivity in my message active or passive, or suggestive or whatever kind you think there is.
See my message (the first one) like a bottle in the sea, and aulex and other can do what they want with it. Consider it or not.

Well if you are blind to that point, then i cant do anything for you, if you cant see how much faf is missing player and dont get that having faf main actors playing could break that negative spiral that is making more and more ppl quiting faf everyday.

People leave because of personal issues, politics or bugs. I can't really address personal issues, sitting in aeolus and arguing with people about how faf should be run doesn't come off as a positive activity to me, and bugs, well, I think you can guess there. If you're concerned about the player count, well, I don't think 1 more sub par player will really change anything.

I didnt stay "hey stop everything else you are doing". It was just a friendly reminder of how much that community is missing of player, and a big part of the "most involved person" in faf wasnt playing anymore fa.
If you cant deal with that... And have to find excuses and justify your self. Your problem
