UI lag has nothing to do with tree reclaim at all. As nocaps has already said.

Then explain to me the process that is necessary for an engie to target a tree on two different user's computers simultaneously.

Then explain to me the process by which orders between two users are sent to the two different instances of FA running on their computers.

Then explain to me how these two processes are not related.

It is very annoying for people to just throw stuff from a position of authority which they don't even have.

It's is very annoying when people over complicate things.

Fatso's engi received an order to reclime trees. It broke a tree. It didn't reclaim the group and instead it started reclaiming single trees. It's as simple as that, no UI lag, no udp packets, no oompaloompa magic.

You're banging your war drums on engine behavior that's been there for years.

surely this is not the first time you have heard of tree clumps. in this replay, fatso breaks trees and has his engis reclaiming unclumped trees, ergo it takes ages. i'm not sure what you're trying to prove? it certainly has nothing to do with ui lag.

I remember the great tree farming days of 2012-2013 when people went after tree clumps or after patches broke up the clumps with labs.
I even reclaimed all the trees by hand in the setons beach spot, only taking tree clumps, to see what are the differences in total mass.
On loki I know not to walk over the trees before getting close to them with a factory attack order, it is standard gameplay.

It is not useful for people to just claim others are wrong. It is lazy and pointless.
