-give t1 mobile AA same weapon as t3 sam but keep health the same. this way first bomber is more easily dealt with
-double speed and health and damage of Sera t3 siege tank so they can more easily deal with percies
-increase Monkylord health to 90k because right now it just dies to everything
-make soul ripper immune to anti air
-make CZAR immune to anti air
-give Mavor a nuke shell that detonates when shell impacts(even on just shield)
