Evenings would probably be the best for me too. Hey and I live in Ireland so it's the same timezone. Just pick a large naval map guaranteed win for you. Navy I'm just hopeless. I play air with a slight bit of competence but it's still atrocious.

Hi! Nice thread. I'd say welcome but I'm not qualified because I've been here around a year as well.

I watched trailers for Supreme Commander before it was released and after a couple of years started watching Gyle casts religiously but I could never play until last year when I got a kick ass laptop. Never looked back since

I too play UEF although I flirt with Cybran occasionally (because they're cool) and I'd suck a lot more than I do if I didn't take regular Zock lessons (you should check them out!).

Looks like we're going to meet in WWPC and judging by the OP I need to pick a large naval / air dominated map where the games can go on a bit I'm online most (English) evenings if you fancy a game. Are you already in a clan?

First and foremost sign up for the WWPC tournament (in my signature) and the regulars there will likely become friends and help you out as we all like the competition.

Second, Voodoo, I think it would be beneficial for new people to say hi and make a "How did you hear about us?" question-type, deal.

I may have missed it but I didn't see a thread like this, so I thought I'd say hi.

My name is somewhere to the left. I've played FAF for about a year intermittently and I still suck.

My favourite faction is cybrans because they're Red and Russian-style but I normally play UEF because their units are more suited to my stupidity. Can't play navy and am abysmal at air. I also lack the mental endurance for a long game my attention tends to slip and my eco suffers followed by me beating my head off a wall.

So what about you? Care to be vain and tell me how good you are?
