Yes, I have frequently encountered this problem. We should probably make acus immortal to address this major flaw in the game.

you're not sure about the ID, than how can you be sure about anything?

in this one you died to your opponent ACU explosion,
nuke: inner ring damage: 2000, inner ring radius: 30,
outer ring damage: 500, outer ring radius: 40

you were under 500 HP and in range
