It laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags. I love everything about supcom and i can't stand only one thing. Lagging.

And please don't try to enlighten me about the possibilities of the new cpus. I have been following meticulously the capabilities of the new cpus since day 1 . I may not know much about any of them, but I do know how they perform in supcom.
The latest generations haswell and broadwell softened the problem a little, but not enough. And not ayone has the latest cpu.

So, we will die and a cpu capable of playing supcom won't be created. So much about the cpus that have become too powerful
that noone needs them! ha! Still they can't play a game from 2007.

As a matter of fact, the main selling point of Supcom was that you CAN play massive hour long games in which you build everything from nukes to artillery and loads of experimentals. That is what brings new players into Supcom, playing ridiculous games with their friends.
I agree that thermo sucks, but its popularity has gone down dramatically. Gap is the new thermo. There have been many great new maps released over the course of the last year (Regor VI, Stella Maris or Crimson Feud, anyone?), all being popular enough AFAIK.
Now stop ranting and host your own games!

This post is right on the money.

Even if it's just Thermo, an active community is better than no community. I'd rather see a 1,000 players on a grand total of 3 maps, than 200 players on maps no one has ever seen before.

Let people play what they enjoy. Only a select group will enjoy more complicated experiences on different maps or "soloing against a 30 year old basement dwelling neckbeard smurf who rapes your mass extractors".

I understood M.V.K so far and his opinion is just as valuable as everyone elses, I wasn't annoyed when you said those things, I was just taken aback because it kinda reminded me of Junior High type of bullying. Lionhardt when you said "If you put a hint in you signature people might not get mad at you so easily." do you want everyone with a mental disorder (not like I'm saying anyone has one) to say " I have autism or I have down-syndrome, please don't get mad at me"
