Most of the problem that I and many others have is a purely idealogical one with it :P

Also the definitions of "OK UI-Mod and non OK UI-Mod" I read here are basically just saying one thing: "OK-UI mod = whatever I am comfortable using", "Non-OK UI-Mod = whatever ever other players are comfortable with, but I am not".

My opinion on it is if a mod is doing things for you then it is not ok. I feel like if you are not imputing the commands , the mod is doing it for you, then that's not ok, regardless of whether it is a hindrance or a help.

That's my definition, and there are those who agree with me, and you can disagree if you like but please don't call it "what i'm not comfortable using". That's not true. I don't want to use it because it's playing a part of the game for me.

Yes it does. It's been discussed with me a number of times and they're credible sources. I haven't seen it myself yet bu the source is good.

Sheeo, could you help here and repeat what you stated on this matter?

No, there is epic proof :D

Everyone who says shit about eco manager and how much of an advantage it gives has no credibility at all if he hasn't at least tried it.. and played massively better with it. Also the definitions of "OK UI-Mod and non OK UI-Mod" I read here are basically just saying one thing: "OK-UI mod = whatever I am comfortable using", "Non-OK UI-Mod = whatever ever other players are comfortable with, but I am not". Furthermore stop cheat accusations. Cheating is every thing that is against the rules agreed to by all players, if it was forbidden to micro LABs, microing them would be cheating. If someone hosts a game titled "no ui mods" and you use ANY ui mod, you are cheating. If someone hosts a game titled "Eco Manager mandatory" and you don't enable it then you are also cheating.

Mass fab manager was already around in supcom vanilla and uses the exact same functions eco manager uses and was never considered. Both mods do nothing but pausing and unpausing. One big downside of using SACUs for eco is having to manually upgrading them. GAZUI's SACU manager auto upgrades them, which makes SACU economy viable without having to spend 100 apm at upgrading sacus starting every upgrade individually.

If I play air I don't use ecomanager pausing cause it is not efficient enough when you have some time to manage eco manually. In 1v1 I have to remember to turn it off cause it prevents T1 mexes from being built when stalling eco, which is often the case. It is more often an autolose than a contribution to a victory. Nothing that could not be changed with some improvement to the code so it ignores T1 mexes, but it shows pretty clearly that people stating that eco manager gives you massive advantage in 1v1 ladder don't have the slightest clues what they are talking about. How can you pretend that X is good or easy to do without you ever even attempting to try it yourself?

I don't know how common it is among FaF but I'd be willing to bet it's not non-existent.

Sounds like it needs blacklisting.

No, I am not contradicting myself. All UI mods add functionality the base game is lacking. I said because there is no way to do all the micro required VERSUS Because it allows you to do things you could not even theoretically do without it.

Not theoretically do vs. no practically do

This is REALLY not hard to understand!

On the contrary, I'm not sure if you have conceded our points either, of which we feel are not hard to understand either
