Balance bugfixes:
- Fixed damage values for all energy weapons (T2 Destroyer, T2 artillery, T3 Bomber)
- Fixed damage value for t3 heavy artillery (= 1500 damages and not 5000)
Land changes:
- Engineers health adjusted to FAF values
- T1 sniper tanks, scouts, field engineers, MML can be locked in place
- MML : less range while underwater = 45 (from 60) ; Health = 600 HP (from 650), slower to accelerate and more inaccurate when shooting while moving.
- T3 mobile SAMS : 2000 HP (from 2200) ; 480 mass (from 400), buildtime = 2700 (from 3000), veterancy = 15/30/45/60/75 (from 8/16/24/36/48) ; firing tolerance increased to 60 (from 20)
SCU changes:
- SCU barebone cost = 700 mass (from 600)
- Default weapon damage = 450 (from 500), DPS = 270 (from 300)
- naval weapon cost = 2000 mass (from 1400) rate of fire = 0.3 (from 0.33) / rate of fire in capacitor = 0.6 (from 0.66), 50 range (from 55)
- Rocket weapon range = 50 (from 55)
- SCU power armor : cost = 3000 mass (from 2500), adds +23000 HP (from +25000) ; rapid repair adds 3000 HP (from 5000).
- RAS = 3200 mass (from 3500), produces + 5 mass (from +4)
- Gattling weapon range = 25 (from 30)
Air Changes:
- T1 Gunship : vision radius = 26 (from 32) ; elevation = 8 (from 10) ; DPS = 40 (from 42), AOE = 0.3 (from 0.4)
- T1 Bomber : range = 28 (from 32) ; reload time = 8 seconds (from 6.25)
- T2 Bomber : rocket range = 40 (from 45)
- T3 Bomber small adjustments : 1680 mass (from 1600), 72000 energy and 7200 buildtime (from 72 000 and 7200).
- T3 Heavy Gunship adjusted to FAF 3629 stats (1260 mass, 42000 energy, 6300 buildtime) ; 5000 HP, 266 DPS anti-ground DPS.
- T3 ASF adjusted to FAF 3629
Naval changes:
