Yes, nomads don't have many late-game upgrades, but the OC breakes early- and little of mid-game balance, where their upgrades are pretty good.

2011-09-29T20:58:30+02:00 2011-09-29T20:58:30+02:00 /viewtopic.php?t=191&p=1728#p1728 <![CDATA[OC]]> Due to numerous amount of projectiles it's OP: it hits through mobile shields like there ain't any (the first kills a bubble, the rest deals with units), and it can kill way more tanks coz the first projectile kills a unit, and the rest following just a) hit the same spot (and kill additional units with aoe) b) goes little far behind just killed target and hit those units which are there.
