Sure, but if you look at the other LABs, but Seraphim, you will see that every LAB will tie each other.
Of course it always depends on the situation. Just noticed this "issue".

Why is it a problem than the Asator beats other labs by 2 HP? You throw in an aeon or uef scout with that lab and you beat the asator easily.

To balance it just reduce the HP by 2.
