I never had any desyncs at start playing Nomads with friends. If the problem persists please have everyone clear their cache via the FAF menu and check that there are no extra SCD files, NMD files or mods installed. Only the original SCD files should be in the gamedata folder. (Some time ago a few friends and me had unexplainable desyncs that were fixed by removing a sorian AI SCD file on one of our computers.)

We tried to start a Nomads Seton's 5 times today, 2 different hosts, everytime having a desync right at the start, everytime somebody else desyncing. It may be nothing, just inconsistent versions of the mod, but maybe it is because of a change in the mod?
