Yes, that's a real problem. Maybe some small lights can be added (0 for t1, 2 for t2, 3 for t3), or lights of different colours.

Also, higher tier engineers could be deployed all the time, then they look different from t1.

Visual of enginers is problem, its very hard to make visual diference betwen T1/2/3 enginer, they are looking very simillar. I must all time zoome out for found that T2. I know thats not easyst change visual...
Maybe somthink like its with aeon, t1 one buble, T2 two T3 three bubles, or something diferences.
Or maybe will litle help change size more radical.
