3629 cause bug with Restriction

Hi @Brute51, before the 3629 i add a script for disable COM Enhancement (Tele, Billy, ...).

Now with 3629 the Enhancement restriction not work and cause a problem with restriction Units.
I not find where is this problem actualy.

Is see a other bug, the TVG 4.86 not work (crash on launch game).
Caused probably by the gamemain.lua
It's possible other mod have this crash.
