- Adding a function to send all the list of users with ranks and lobby state to the client.

Fixing more ladder issues :
- When disconnecting from the lobby while searching ladder, the player wasn't removed from the ladder search pool, resulting in ghost games that doesn't start and game against himself.
- Fixed an issue where, if the game wasn't launched, it was staying in memory with no chances of removal.
