yes nerfing there engineering building capabilities could also help nerf early bommber which on some maps (vaga pass) is insanely OP. 14/min for all would be good

I'd agree with the change for all factories to be lowered to 14 engies in that time, because Airfactories having the same build-rate as land really unbalances the game when bombers were made so cheap and bomber-first strats literally decimate the opposing player when playing Seraphim.

Even better: decrease animation speed for the rest. 14 engis per minute is the right amount for an AIR-factory.

See no reason not to increase cybran offload speed for air fac. Just increase animation speed or something

sera factory was changed on 360X, why cant cybran be? and why sera got so buffed?

Results:
in the time sera air factory get: 20 engys
aeon gets: 19
uef gets: 18
cybran gets: 14

and land factorys:
all gets 19 engys on the same time that before.
game is attached.

I wont get conclussion, but they claim by themselves.
