FunkOff : I will like you to not post what will come to the patch anymore. As you can see, it lead to useless discussion about nothing.

Funny that people don't follow the twitter or check the lua repository themselves, anyone can go to lua repository, download latest changes and test themselves.

Is it like the "inability" to transport extra units : all your planes going off map will explode?

Well, that was revised too. I found a way disable the extra transport units without killing them. But at the same time, it would be very each to make off-mappers lose their acu! But alas, this is not what I did. :D

Good job Funkoff!

We're just kidding Ze_PilOt, don't take this seriously. If off mapping can be fixed in an elegant way, that's wonderful news. We'll wait for the good surprise.

It's a lame tactic that anyone with skill avoids

You couldn't be more wrong , sadly.

4/5/6 months ago (dont remember exactly), there was a sort of mini challenge between players, and I was absolutely stunned at the amount (not thousands but too many already) of "recognized"/decent/good players (even one moderator) who embraced and almost pushed people to use that cheat, 'cause apparently, even though it's a game, any kind of bs can and should be used to win.
So don't think that only applies to noobs :). It might have been epic trolling, but the huge debate that happened at that time on GPGnet let me think otherwise.

I think it happened to anyone to have some transport or bombers to go offmap for a few secs at least. Personally I adjust the path of the units when I realize they may go offmap unintentionally, taking the risk of getting shot.

Just like Uber said, only real solution is to avoid them.
