an option for the old supreme commander missions

is there a way to implement a feature that allows us to remove the restrictions placed on the missions since you dont have everything unlocked so the stuff from fa cant be used or you cant go full tier 3 or experimental in the lower vanilla missions

and before someone tells me to use the mod no campaign restrictions sry it doesnt work and probably wont ever be unless someone takes a look at it for faf

It wont be introduced as an option in the lobby, but its possible to make such mod.

would you be able to make one since your accustomed to the coop campaign script i just looked at it and i dont even know how to start messing with it the original one seems easier to mess with but i dont even know what to mess with in this one

i tried it and it wasnt working but the one that was posted in the mod section in my request worked for me

Hello Speed,

i updated the NoBuildRestrictionsinCampaign mod.

The FAF game version is not calling the function AddRestriction() from the file ScenarioFramework.lua,
it's using the AddRestriction() function inside game.lua.

To fix the mod i added a destructive hook to game.lua to block the AddRestriction() function
and i cleared the ScenarioInfo.Options.RestrictedCategories table inside SetupSession() to
remove map / unit manager restrictions.

So this updated mod will remove all buildrestrictions with the old and new game version.
