i played a couple of ladder games as cybran, and i can confirm this.

This patch isn't improving anything - there's nothing positive i can say about it.
For me the game is broken now, change it back !

Honestly, could you explain to use besides "faction diversity" how you actually came up with the hp changes?

Did you guys simply sandbox this or play some actual 1v1 games to trial?

I did some sandbox testing with people recently and I have to say it's extremely underwhelming to just have two "equal-mass" armies charge in at each other to determine how to balance things out; further, no one wanted to test things like a mix of t3 shield + othuum verse percies or harbs to try and make the utility units relevant.

It seems like the game is being "balanced" purely based on guess-work or very mild testing scenarios. No evidence has ever come forth showing why these hp changes are good other than "we tested it and we know better than you."

Sad...

You can find the reason for the hp changes in the changelog.
I'd also like to point out that i was not part of the balance team before the 3674 patch got rolled out.

I say you a story. This storry will be about guy who was in team that togetoger rush tml.

T2 on acu cost 800m tml cost another 700m whats less as cost T2 factory. When enemy is cybran he have very tuff time to defent against. Its tiny chance that he will be able to build t2 engie what he can do is only rush own T2 on acu and hope to not be tmled to face on that time. And when he do that then there is another guy, who build such a good eco...

This is problem.

Awesome, I will treat you with the same regard and say can you go read how people don't like it and change it?

I've read the changelog and want to know the actual methodology and directive that led to that, not some public statement.

I played a bunch of 1v1 games with current balance now, and i cant say that i found hp changes grossly imbalanced like some certain people here are whining about. They seem to work quite nice for me instead. I like its easier to raid mexes now, especially with t1 bombers that are getting more useful now compared to what it was in last patch with their nerf and t1 maa buff.

Have yet to play a game where cyb t2 HQ gets tml sniped, but i've been avoiding land maps since last patch and gonna continue doing so :) Cant say that i favor that change on paper tho.
