Sound of chat too low

When playing teamgames, I have problems hearing the sound of a message coming in the chatbox. It's annoying when an ally request something that I see only 1 or 2 minutes later.

I know I can increase the fx volume in options but then the sound of battle is too loud for me.

Is there an (easy) way to increase that sound, at least as the one I hear when someone ping something ?

Actually I kind of have the same problem. Sometimes I notice allychat way too late. Any good solution, not only by increasing the sound, would be welcome.
