I can't create new account

Hello, dear helper.
I have a problem at the stage where I need visit the link to activate my new FAF account. I did that and I got "500 Internal Server Error" "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."
I tried create new account on another desktop, but everything was in vain. Would you, please, explain me, how can I fix this?
