correct shields usage vs t3 heavy arty?

Still cant release what shield usage is better.

Is it better to spread them all over everywhere, placing near and keep spamming like t1 tanks
Or make a single shield covering most things and assist?


Dont ask me why enemy has arty and i have no counter.
