If sera bombers can kill standing engys, and others not (if that's the case, i find it strange, but will belive it as long as i didnt test it myself), it will make for more diverse bombers, what is a good thing for me. :)

No need to make all bombers alike. Balance the factions, not single units.

IMO its not a balance issue, if you see something coming and react to it, you should be able to avoid it.
Thats my way of thinking unit vs unit wise.

No huge harm in buffing its acceleration or turn rate is there?
You make it sound like its a huge issue.

Currently its like impossible, its like 6th Dan taekwondo to avoid the sera bomber for crying out loud and I see its the engineers acceleration/turn rate thats the problem here as with units its not an issue.

Should you be able to micro mex to avoid TMLs? What about micro subs against torpedo bombers? What about micro PD to avoid artillery? Or illshovah's to avoid OC? Very little can be dodged in this game through micro.

No, removing it wouldn't be a real issue, but i like that the bombers are different, and i don't think its an issue to keep it. Its just an additional strenght of sera.

Its still a Sera strength, but early bombers not been able to avoided at such a crucial stage is what i do not like..
