Hi guys,


How can send you my mod ?

Another point also, If in the future some bugs are discovered will it be possible to make a update of it ? It's not meant to be a featured mod but open to bugs corrections

I am not sure if it will work like it is ... don't now how to test it with FAF. So if this don't work like it is then tell me what to change in the init_3599.lua :-)

you can test it in two ways, but both not via FAF (use hamachi for it)

1) open a cmd.exe, type:
"cd C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin"
"Forgedalliance.exe /init init_3599.lua"

2) go to the C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin data path and make a shortcut/link/icon of the forgedalliance.exe on your desktop, then edit it's datapath from
"C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\Forgedalliance.exe" to
"C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\Forgedalliance.exe /init init_3599.lua"
start the game with this shortcut/link/icon

if you do either of them correctly, the game will start as usual and you'll be in the main menu, games in skirmish or multiplayer will use your mod then
(the 3599 mod file has to be in the gamedata folder)

it's not in the FAF lobby like other mods, because it's not proposed and as i understood, it's dstojkov is not sure if it's working fine

I've already stated that I won't put that as a featured mod.

But the format of this mod IS the featured mod format. So no, you can't launch it in FAF.

I worked on it like a mod on FA because it was more practical for me ... I tested it like you explain and guess what ,,, it doesn't work :-) ... I have to adapt it to this format .. mean I have some work to do :-)

this is funny. i have always wished that there will be a 3599 mod because i thought the new changes suck especially that there are naval wrecks.
but i have to admit that i was wrong. the new changes really improved gameplay. the current balance is not perfect, there are still some things i would change but in geneal supcom (also because of faf) is better than ever before :D
