Missing elevation brushes in map editor

For those that have the Steam version of SC-FA the files with the brushes seems to be lacking (http://www.faforever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2579&start=10

put the editor.scd in the gamedata folder of your Supreme Commander (not FA !) gamefolder.

So, I've downloaded the editor.scd and it's been moved into my SupremeCommander/Bin folder but I still do not have the brushes. How do I solve this issue?
