monty wrote:pilot why not make scathis range adaptable according to size of the map. for example if the map is 10x10, scathis have range of 100, on 20x20 maps range should be 200

i wonder why not a single of the 50, over 2k rated players complains about the scathis :) it feels like this debate is pros vs noobs..... .

I personally see this as changing the Scathis from 'Game Ender' to 'Turtle Breaker'. But a side effect of the change is the fact that it's now a Game Ender on smaller maps only, and much less useful on other map sizes. I'm in favor of a cost increase, but an increase in maneuverability as well.

id up the mass cost of the scathis by about 4k bringing it from 63k to 67k and make it cost 5%more energy. and a build time increased by 20%.

also, id have the monkeylord buffed by reducing its mass cost by 1,5k and increasing speed from 2,5 to 2,6. also decreasing energy cost by about 2% accordingly would be nice

i think these buffs/nerfs would balance eachother out pretty well, as i may or may not say that the majority of people can agree the scathis is a little op and the monkey a little up, so why not donate some of the power of the scathis to the inferior monkey?

This chat is about the scathis, not the monkey lord.

Voting status:

Approx 53% yes 47% no and it looks like it will stay this way until voting ends.

If scathis cost was 90-100k mass and 1350k-1500k energy I think that would be a better proposal

Don't worry it's not because it doesn't reach 90% that it can't be tested. We will have a month for testing stuff.
